II.  Objectives:

  • Analyze and evaluate a case scenario by following a multistep procedure to  create a marketing plan.
  • Create a marketing plan with a partner through case analysis and applying those concepts discussed in the text

III.  Classwork: 

Developing a Market Plan:  Use this link chapter 2 case study fragrance company1(1)

This case is for the development of a new fragrance for a new target market.  Information about the company and current product markets is provided.  Read the case.

  • Use the template provided on Google classroom
  • Work with 1 partner
  • Use a slide on Google slides to address each section of questions
  • Submit your work on Google Classroom
  • this is a rough draft (formative 2 points for each question)
  • the final draft will be summative
  • You must explain your choices. Example is if you want to market the new fragrance to people aged  24-14, you must explain why
