Explain a specific time you wanted a product or service and it was not available. Explain if you were eventually able get the product or service or not.

  • Create a brace map to cite examples of types of utilities as outlined in the text.

    • Identify a new and improved product with a picture and the product it is replacing/improving – 5 pts
    • Explain how the manufacturer claims it improved the product- 2 pts
    • Explain how this improvement will benefit consumers – 2 pts
    • Why do you believe the improvement was made? – 1 pt
