- Conduct research projects to answer a question or solve a problem; narrow or broaden the inquiry when appropriate; synthesize multiple sources on the subject, demonstrating understanding of the subject under investigation.
- Form groups define roles and responsibilities and collaborate with others to conduct, gather and present a sociological study using the research process.

A. Research presentations scheduled on Monday 3/14
- Things you should definitely have finished today:
- Define the Problem
- Some suggested topics
- Internet Filtering Systems at School
- Open Campus Lunch
- School Uniforms
- Later school start/longer day
- Phone usage in class
- Some suggested topics

- 4-5 questions (do not write Yes or No questions)
- Things to finish soon.
- Find at least 2 good relevant articles and summarize them.
- Interview 24 diverse students and get their responses
- Compile the responses (data) into some meaningful information by gender and grade level
- Have a solid conclusion and demonstrate how it is based upon the data.
- Explain how your conclusion relates to your hypothesis and the problem.
- What did you find out? Was it as expected? Were there any unusual findings?
- Ideas on how to present the information
- PowerPoint – Prezi – a Video you created or a few poster boards – every member has to present some information and it must be organized and flow smoothly.
