Third grade artists created sunflower still lifes inspired by Vincent Van Gogh!

We learned about how to draw the details we SEE, not what we are imagining for a still life.

Each artist drew the sunflowers as they saw them and then we painted our sunflower still lives.

The last step was to add implied texture lines.
