Third Grade Buildings

Third grade artists have been looking at different types of buildings and architecture.  They each chose a different type of building to show with their artwork and had to think about what details they needed to include to show exactly what building they chose.

They created their artwork with cardboard and had to cut out each shape they needed for their buildings.

students cut out different shapes from cardboard then arranged the shapes to look like houses, schools, light houses, etc. and glued them to a larger piece of cardboard. Then they colored in the cardboard with oil pastels to show the color of the building, the windows, and the sky
