This weekend all students need to start their Fitness Goals that are on my google classroom page. If they don’t start this weekend they will be unable to put in the proper amount of time to be successful for their goal.
In class this week I have created about 20 stations that the students have used to get a workout with. Most of the stations are easy and require little to no equipment. Their homework is to create 4-5 stations at home and workout between them for about 25 minutes on Saturday AND Sunday. Please help them by participating with them or timing them at each station.
These goals are very important and something I feel strongly about. If they start improving their fitness now when they get older they will live a much healthier life. These changes can be as simple as a quick goal that they accomplish with us working together. Have a good weekend!
