I. Course Description

Dearborn Physical Education curriculum is guided by state and district standards/GLCE’s presented in Michigan’s K-8 Grade Level Content Expectations. Physical education is an integral component of the education process. Our goal is to develop the physical, mental, and social potential of all students, and prepare students to live a healthy lifestyle.

When a student puts himself or others in danger, intervention procedures will be enforced. All teachers will also have their own classroom rules and expectations that students will be expected to follow that keep structure and safety in mind.
