Good morning Stout and what a beautiful day it is. I heard that it is supposed to snow later in the week so please enjoy this weather. Get outside if you can and be active for 60 minutes.

Here are some workouts that you can do if you need help being active.

The WOD or Workout of the Day is the A-B-C exercise guide. Click on workout of the day and check it out. Spell a couple words to get a workout in. You can do this indoors or outdoors. After you complete the workout there is a healthy eating trail-mix for you to try if you’re hungry.
