Week 11/19

This week we will try and finish up all of our (indoor) fitness tests.  As we finish them and I post grades remember that there will be plenty of time to improve your grade if you did not perform well on a test.  Use the fitness tests as a guide to help you improve your fitness/strength levels and practice in the areas that you need to improve in.  Remember you only have one body so make sure to take care of it and provide it with activities to help you as you develop through life.

There will be no Intramurals Tomorrow.
