This week we start working on our Fitness Unit. It is very important that students set daily goals along with a unit goal. Creating a goal that is achievable with practice is an important step towards lifelong fitness.
We will be practicing fitness stations that develop muscle growth and cardio vascular fitness this week to prepare for our fitness tests later.
Intramurals (Tuesday 10/30 from 2:20-3pm) will continue practicing fitness this week. Next week we will start either football or soccer depending on the weather.
