You should be receiving an email from me Friday, today or tomorrow, containing your child’s Science Fair question and project idea. The class will be starting research on Monday 4.17, some research may have to be done at home. Research is due Monday, 4.24.

Science Fair Information

Please physically check your child’s folder, many students have late work that needs to be completed/signed, permission slips to be signed, notes to be signed, report cards, and checked work in their folders.
We took a couple of days off from our regular math homework. Students needed more practice with number lines using 0, 1/2, and 1. Students should have been practicing the assigned IXL and Zearn work at home. Students have been writing their assignments in their planners everyday, please physically check your child’s planner.
Science Fair 2023 is coming up May 19. In class, we have started thinking about the Scientific Process and what our question may be. Talk to your child about their interests this weekend, students have started writing down topics they want to know more about.

Some students have Uh-Oh slips in their folders (check your child’s folder), sign the slip with the completed work, remind your child to complete their work by 4.10.
A Dearborn Symphony Permission Slip form is in your child’s folder. This is a free 1/2 day field trip to listen to our very own professional Dearborn Symphony in a theater on April 25.
Tuesday, March 21st is World Down Syndrome Day! To show support for the Down Syndrome community, we are encouraging staff and students to wear mismatched socks and pull them up over your pants for everyone to see! Let’s celebrate our friends with Down Syndrome and show them our love by having the whole school participate!
