Next week is the half way point of our year as third graders. Since we are starting the second semester I am bumping students into multiplication facts on xtramath because it is so important to future math concepts. If your child is close to passing subtraction I am going to ask them before I bump them up because they have been working hard to reach the goal and earn the pack of gum. The choice to bump up will be theirs to make.

Please encourage your child to practice XTRAMATH at home or begin using flash cards to learn facts 0-12 (in under 3 seconds each).
