This week
Tuesday is hat day ($0.50 donation to Habitat for Humanity) and the Social studies test online covering Michigan History.
Thursday is the field trip, everyone needs a bagged lunch from home.
Friday afternoon the students will watch a movie and eat popcorn (don’t forget your quarter) and then we will attend the school sing-a-long.
We have begun using MOBYMAX.COM as an additional way to prepare students for online testing. It has language, reading and math options and moves students along at their level. Please use this online resource at home during your child’s daily screen time. It is critical student learn to read and answer questions on a computer and read EVERYDAY!
In math we have begun unit 5 Placevalue. After break the unit will continue but focus on decimals and fractions. I will link this to using decimals when we write amounts of money.
In science we are working on forces and motion.
Logan D will be gone Tuesday-Friday so we will miss him!
Enjoy the snow today!
