Bellwork had students explore rational functions using the graphing calculator to find the equations of Horizontal Asymptotes.

The remainder of the period we finished our discussion on graphing rational functions using the Horizontal and Vertical Asymptotes and the x and y intercepts.

Homework #26 is due on Friday.

Bellwork reviewed finding points of discontinuity and classifying them as either Holes or Vertical Asymptotes (Sec 9-3).

The remainder of the period we discussed using sign analysis to determine the behavior of the graph as it approaches each Vertical Asymptote from both the left side and the right side.

Hwk #26 is due Friday.
