Please contribute $1.00 per student to buy dye for the class.

Students should provide a plain white T-shirt and a bottle of liquid glue.  The shirt should be large and loose-fitting, so buy one that is a few sizes too big.

You can find both of these things at most craft stores such as Michael’s or JOANN.

Both boys and girls should wear plain black shorts or pants with no stripes, logos, or writing.

Girls should wear a BROWN grass skirt with no flowers.  We will be making these in class out of paper bags, but you can also buy one if you choose.

Happy Mother’s Day

Happy Mother’s Day to everyone.  I hope you enjoyed the cards the kids made for you.  Thank you for all the flowers, cards, school supplies and the luncheon.  It was a wonderful  teacher appreciation week.

Thank you to everyone who helped out with the butterfly garden.  The whole school came out to help with the planting and we got it all in the garden with everyone’s help!  Great job everyone!  Here are the pictures I took:  Butterfly Garden Photos

NWEA – The NWEA starts this week.  Students can continue to practice their skill by doing MobyMax.  This should help increase the test scores.  Please make sure your child is well rested and eats a good breakfast for testing days.  I will be posting the testing days as soon as I know.
