Wonderful Break – I hope everyone had well deserved, restful and relaxing break. I had a wonderful Christmas holiday with friends and family visiting from 5 different cities in 4 different states! It was amazing to see all my family and I really enjoyed it! Thank you again for all the wonderful holiday gifts! Everyone was very thoughtful and generous! I hope you all got the thank you cards I sent home with your students.
Sad News – Unfortunately, my wonderful holiday took a turn for the worse. My 86 year old father suffered a heart attack and has been in the intensive care unit at the hospital. He is home now recovering and I am helping my mother take care of him and get him to the follow up doctor’s appointments needed. I will be missing a few days of school as my father gets better. I look forward to seeing everyone on Monday.
Arlo is Star of the Week
Popcorn Friday – 1/13 – this week – send $1 if your child would like popcorn. This is also a fundraiser for PTA.
Marking Period ending 1/20 – We are coming to the end of our 2nd marking period in a few days. Please check the Parent Connect portal to make sure your student isn’t missing any work or has low scores that could be improved. The marking period will end on 1/20, so I will need all work turned in by 1/18 so that I will have time to grade and record everything before the grading period closes.
