There are many students will missing assignments. As of 11 AM this morning I only had 1 student finished with everything. During my meetings today I talked to several who only have 1-3 assignments left. Therefore, we are going a catch up week. I have mostly been reassigning work from previous weeks, this week. I am not assigning any new work IXL, math, science, or social studies tomorrow or Friday. You need to finish your week 28 spelling test sometime this week, it doesn’t have to be Friday. Please work on finishing all your missing work. Please check Parent Connect to see what you need to finish.
Google Slides Research – If you have finished all your work. You get to pick any topic that is educational to research. You can learn about volcanoes, tree frogs, lightning, kangaroos, electricity, magnets or whatever else interests you. Make a Google slide presentation, includes, pictures, words, and videos if you would like. Then share your presentation on your portfolio. Here is a video that explains how to add your presentation to your portfolio. If you still need help after watching the video the set up a time to meet with me and I’ll show you how to add it. You can only do research if all your work is complete first.
Office Hours are now appointment only – I will gladly be there is you need me, but I am not going to stay by the computer if we do not have an appointment.
