2nd Grade Tests-The 2nd graders will be having a math test this Thursday. I will be sending home a practice test today. Please take some time with your child tonight or tomorrow night to work on these concepts together or apart. Check over your child’s work and please keep this practice test at home. I do not need them returned. Thanks!
The 2nd graders will also be having a Social studies quiz on Thursday. Please review week 18- Government online for this quiz.
Calendar-I am SOOOOO excited!! I am finally able to add a full calendar to my blog! I’ve been wanting to do this for years! – The calendar has, no school dates, field trips, Star of the Week, assemblies, I even added the upcoming tests. I will continue to update this calendar so watch it for changes.
Links and Passwords – I have updated the Links and Password page. I put everything in a grid format. Hopefully, this makes it easier to find things. I will continue to add and update the blog.
The Blog -We are no longer sending notes home. The blog a great resource. It has almost anything that you could want. Please explore!

- Lesson Plans and Homework – this tab has Reading logs for printing, Social studies information, Spelling words and homework, Science standards, Penmanship information and printable practice sheets, Math fact printable practice sheets, Homework expectations, Link to the Lesson being taught each day-The lesson plans have all the assignments attached for printing- If your student is ABSENT you can see what was taught and print the assignment to complete at home.
- SRAs and Towers – there are some SRAs and Towers available if your student needs to complete one at home.
