Thank you for all your help with the students costumes and learning their lines

Here are the final versions of our plays.  I have added a few extra lines and changed a few slightly.  I have also added an introduction with more lines for Medina and Ariana.  Since Medina is out of town, Rawan is her stand-in right now and will do the extra lines if Medina is unable to prepare in time.  Please make sure your child is practicing their lines at home.  They should all be  memorized by our play which is next Wednesday in just one week!

Introduction:

Ariana – Aesop was an Ancient Greek that lived around the years 620 to 564 BCE.

Medina- Scattered details of Aesop’s life can be found in ancient sources, including Aristotle, Herodotus, and Plutarch.

Ariana -He was a fabulist or story teller credited with a number of fables now collectively known as Aesop’s Fables.

Medina – Many of the tales are characterized by animals and inanimate objects that speak, solve problems, and generally have human characteristics.

Ariana – Most have a moral or lesson to be learned at the end.

Medina – Today Mrs. Keebler’s class will be presenting two of Aesop’s Fables.  The 1st is the Chicken and the Golden Eggs and the 2nd is The Boy Who Cried Wolf.

Ariana – Thank you and enjoy the show!
