March 2 is Spelling Bee

Elementary students will face off starting with third grade at 5 p.m., fourth grade at 6 p.m. and fifth grade at 7 p.m.

All the events will be held in the auditorium at Fordson High School, 13800 Ford Road, Dearborn.  Guests can use the parking lot on the east side of the school.

Those who cannot attend the Spelling Bee in person can watch the event live or later on demand on the district’s YouTube Channel.

March is Reading Month

Super Hero Theme

• The whole school will be reading a book called Almost Super
• Everyone needs to read 20 minutes each night (your choice).
• Fill out a window each night left side for how many minutes and right side for parent initials
• Bring in the reading log each Monday to get a super hero prize.
• Spirit Week the last week of March
• Celebration at the end of the month for the Super Readers.
