5/15 Summer Program Enrollment Deadline–

We are excited to announce that we will, once again, be offering the Howe School Summer Academic and Enrichment Program for all our students in Kindergarten-4th grades. The program will run from 9 am-2:20 pm on Mondays-Thursdays beginning June 27-July 28. (There will be no school on July 4 for the holiday).

Students will have daily opportunities for fun while engaging in special classes, STEM, Math, and Reading. Whole school activities will be planned weekly to round out the program. The program is free of charge and will include free breakfast and lunch. 

Please use this link to enroll your child in the summer program. It is important to register now! 

The enrollment deadline is Sunday, May 15 for guaranteed admission. Classes and groupings will be determined based on enrollment numbers. Exiting 5th-grade students should use the enrollment link but will attend in their future middle school placements.

Thank you for the appreciation last week. I love the cards, the conversations, and flowers from all of my students. Thank you so much!

I hope the appreciation extended to all of you Mom’s this weekend. I hope everyone had a restful, beautiful Sunday.

Color Run fundraiser information and pledge forms came home yesterday!

PTA is having a color run around our school on Thursday, May 12th! We are asking your child to ask family and friends to pledge money for them to run laps around the school. Each lap they complete they will be “blasted” (gently thrown) with color! 🙂 It is a lot of fun and great exercise!

The class who raises the most money wins an ice cream party! (We love competition in our class!)

PTA supports our school in many ways:

New books for the classroom, trunk or treat night, help with field trip costs, March is reading month prizes, and much more! Please help us raise some money so we can have just as much fun next school year!

Permission slip on the bottom of the first page is due ASAP!

Pledge form and money is due on Thursday, May 12th (please send in home folders that morning). Cash or checks made payable to Howe School PTA should be included with the pledge sheet.
