We are working on Module 6 Topic A this week and the week we get back from winter break. We will start Module 3 January 13. The students miss out on Geometry at the end of the year, so we thought we would break up the module and give the students a chance to learn about lines.
Two reading logs have been sent home along with reading material. Scholastic News is also available to the students (audio available!) on google classroom. I don’t like to send homework over break but reading is different than regular homework and it’s important to keep practicing.

Monday – Read for 10 minutes, fill out Nonfiction Reading Log, spelling menu, math HW:5-10: 1-3
Tuesday – Read for 10 minutes, fill out Nonfiction Reading Log, spelling menu, math HW: 11-14:1-4
Wednesday – Read for 10 minutes, fill out Nonfiction Reading Log, spelling menu, math HW:15-20:1-5
Thursday – Read for 10 minutes, fill out Nonfiction Reading Log, spelling menu, math HW: 21-26: 3-6
Friday – Read for 10 minutes, Nonfiction fill out Reading Log if needed,
Early Release Tuesday – Wear Candy Cane Colors
