I hope everyone had a great break and time to visit and eat. We only have three weeks until our next break AND report cards.

This week, our reading logs are nonfiction. I’ve sent home Scholastic News for your child to read and use for their reading log. There are other articles available on google classroom, which your child knows how to get to. The online versions will read aloud if wanted. Use multiple articles or one article for the reading log.

Respect is our character trait of the month. There will be a school spirit week the 3rd week of December.

Make sure your child has a hat and gloves for recess; coats are necessary, but a hat and gloves really keep the chill away.

Monday – Read for 10 minutes, fill out Summary Reading Log, spelling menu, math HW19: 115-118: 1,3

Tuesday – Read for 10 minutes, fill out Reading Log, spelling menu, math HW 20: 119-124: 1, 2, 4

Wednesday – Read for 10 minutes, fill out Reading Log, spelling menu, math HW21: 127-132: 1-4

Thursday – Read for 10 minutes, fill out Reading Log, spelling menu, math HW22: 133-137: 1-5

Friday – Read for 10 minutes, fill out Reading Log if needed, Math HW23: 139-144: 1-5
