Ibraheem, Jordan, and Shefa had fun playing in the leaves! We did a fun leave activity with Ms. Dawn, our speech teacher!
‘E’ is for Elephant Ears!
We had so much fun making and tasting elephant ears with our friends in Mrs. Wilson’s room and Ms. Dawn, our speech teacher. First, we made the batter with water and pancake mix. Next, Ms. Cheryl fried the elephant ears while we tasted cinnamon sugar and powdered sugar! Everyone seemed to love the finished product!
Just a reminder…
Falling Leaves!
‘D’ is for Dirt Cups!
Today we made ‘dirt cups’ with Mrs. Wilson’s class, Ms. Dawn our speech teacher, and Ms. Britt our OT! To make the ‘dirt,’ we pressed the button to make the food processor ‘go’ and crush the cookies. We were also able to smell and taste our ingredients before we built our cups. Who knew dirt would taste so good?!
We have been having so much fun cooking on Thursdays with our friends!

It was so much fun to press a button to make the mixer “go.” We can’t wait to taste our treat after lunch!
