Buddy’s Flyer

Our friend Ebrahim tried a new way of communicating yesterday!  First, Ms. Kim put a headband with a laser attached to it on Ebrahim.  Next, Ebrahim was able to point the laser towards different words (on his communication board) to communicate.  Ebrahim was able to tell us that he ‘liked’ the devise.  We can’t wait to try this with other students!    

Today, State Representative, Abdullah Hammoud came to read to our class and Mrs. Keaik’s class.  We enjoyed his visit and learning all about different presidents!

Today we were lucky enough to be invited to music class with our friends in Ms. Ray’s room.  Ms. Maureen, our music teacher had a special guest who played the saxophone.  Many of us got to touch the saxophone and play keys on it.  We had a lot of fun!  Thank you, Ms. Maureen!

2017-18 Calendar

The Scholastic Book Fair will be held at Howe March 28th-30th.  Each student will receive a free book mark with any purchase!  Also, five tumbler cups will be raffled off to students who make purchases (any purchase).
