I am posting a work packet that can be done at home with your assistance. As always, please reach out if you have any questions and/or concerns (kubertc@dearbornschools.org). Stay calm. Stay healthy. 🙂
Every day we work on various fine motor tasks (page turning, feeding skills, art crafts, etc.). Ms. Erin, an Occupational Therapist at our school has fun ideas on her iBlog to try at home! Enjoy!
I hope everyone is doing well at home, I sure do miss everyone! 🙁 My classroom packets have been mailed out, you should be receiving them over the next couple of days. If you have any questions and/or concerns please feel free to contact me (kubertc@dearbornschools.org). I will continue to post resources to assist with learning at home!

We realize the abrupt closure of the schools has caused a lot of questions for parents. We have compiled information that we know so far in a list of frequently asked questions and will keep updating this site.
Our awesome Speech Pathologist, Ms. Dawn put together schedules for students to have continuous exposure to communication and physical activities while at home. I am also posting our Core Vocabulary board which students are exposed to daily at school.
Starting tomorrow, Dearborn Public Schools will offer free pickup breakfast and lunch to all of our students at any of six school locations. The grab-and-go meals will be available from 10 a.m. to noon at Fordson, Dearborn, and Edsel Ford high schools, McCollough/Unis, Salina Intermediate and Woodworth.
Any child age 18 or younger is invited to receive a meal.
Please refer to the press release for more details.
Please subscribe to Ms. Harden’s iBlog (music) and Ms. Dudek’s iBlog (art) for fun suggestions during our time away from school! 🙂
From the office of our Superintendent:
Greetings Dearborn Public Schools Community,
We have been working on a plan to serve meals to students now that schools are closed for several weeks in response to the International COVID 19 Crisis. We plan to have a modified grab and go breakfast and then lunch available at limited locations. The details of this plan will be posted Monday March 16 in the afternoon/evening.
