Join us in participating in cultural awareness week Monday, May 22, 2023 through Thursday, May 25, 2023. During this week, students will have the opportunity to learn about the different languages, traditions, food, clothing of their classmates, their countries of origin, and much more! Students will also have the opportunity to celebrate diversity by participating in the events below:

Monday: Students may bring an artifact from their Country of Family Origin

Tuesday: Students may dress in traditional clothing from their Country of Family Origin

Wednesday: Students may bring a traditional food from their Country of Origin

Thursday: Memorial Remembrance day. Wear red, white, and/or blue

As a reminder, tomorrow, Wednesday, May 17, 2023, is a late start day. School begins at 9:55am. Breakfast will be served at 9:30am.

The sixth grade parent orientation meeting will be taking place at the Woodworth Middle School cafeteria on Tuesday, May 16, 2023, at 5:00pm for parents and students. Woodworth Middle School is located at 4951 Ternes Street, Dearborn, MI 48126.
