Today we made hummus with Ms. Dawn, our speech teacher, and our friends in Mrs. Wilson’s class. We first looked at and smelled all the ingredients. Next, we put all of the ingredients into the food processor. Then, we used the adaptive switch to blend all of the ingredients to make our final product! Lastly, we choose if we wanted to taste the hummus with a carrot or pita bread. It may have not been the tastiest hummus, but it was a fun experience!

Happy Halloween!
We had a very busy and fun Halloween! We did centers with Mrs. Wilson’s class where we painted pumpkins, decorated cookies, got our faces painted, and felt the inside of a pumpkin! We also had fun craving a pumpkin, going to our school-wide Halloween party, and trick-or-treating! More pictures to come from the wonderful Ms. Shadia!

Halloween!
Tuesday October 31st is Halloween!
In the morning, our class and Mrs. Wilson’s class will be participating in Halloween centers (activities) and trick-or-treating! We are asking that all families donate a bag of candy to make this possible!
Mr. Borg, our physical education teacher, will be hosting a Halloween party in the gym in the afternoon. Students are allowed to dress up in a comfortable costume that can be worn all day. Please no masks, weapons, or accessories.
