6th Grade Exploring Languages (B Day):  We have learned about German greetings, numbers 1-10, colors, days & months. Students also learned about family & body vocabulary last class. I ask that students continue to work on their German Family & Body Vocabulary projects. Directions are posted on Google Classroom. The packet is also posted on Google Classroom if students left it in their lockers (posted March 15th on Google Classroom). Vocabulary can be found on page 6. If students created the project already on a poster or paper, you can email me the picture(s) of it for me to evaluate (jedrzem@dearbornschools.org). You can also text me the picture of your project to this phone number: 1-248-716-5358. If you haven’t started, you are able to create the project on Google Slides & then email it to me. Follow the directions on Google Classroom for the project (Date posted: March 12th). When you are complete with the project, you can read through the PowerPoint on Germany (posted on March 15th). Continue to practice on Quizlet.com (German study sets were posted on March 2nd on Google Classroom). Students will still be expected to take a German test online next week. Directions will be posted on a later date.

7th & 8th Grade Conversational Spanish classes: Students began working on an animal project last week. Directions are posted on iLearn. If you left your project at school, you can use this opportunity to create it either on paper (take a picture of it & either email it to me: jedrzem@dearbornschools.org or text it to me: 1-248-716-5358. If you prefer to start over, you can create it on Google Slides by inserting images instead of drawing. Remember to include the sentences in Spanish for every slide. Then email me the slides. This will be evaluated. For any student that is caught up, please go to the Quizlet sets on Google Classroom (posted March 5th). Study using “Learn” and change the options in the lower left corner to answer in Spanish. You will be taking a quiz on iLearn from home at a later date.

8th grade Yearlong: First, read through the chapter 4 Grammar 1 notes on iLearn. Then watch Ch. 4 Grammar 1 VIDEO. Next, view the “Ch. 4 Grammar 1 Notes PowerPoint (Indefinite Articles).” Go on Google Classroom to check out the flashcards on Ch. 4 Grammar 1 Quizlet. Finally, complete the activity on the bottom of the page: CVG pg 40 Act 9. Students who would like extra practice, click on: Ch. 4 Workbook Pages (Extra Practice). Work on the first 4 pages.

Students will be preparing for their next quiz: Ch. 4 Vocab 1, which will be given on a later date using iLearn. Study Quizlet sets posted on Google Classroom (posted: March 5th).
