Week of Monday, February 11th

6th Grade Exploring Languages: We will begin learning Spanish days & months, colors and family & body vocabulary. Students will have homework to complete: pages 3 & 4 in the packet by the end of the week. Please make sure that students are studying on Quizlet.com: Spanish greetings, numbers, days & months and colors. Please make sure that Remind.com information is provided on Google Classroom and that students have their supplies listed on the syllabus on Google Classroom.

7th & 8th Grade Conversational Spanish classes: Students will be reviewing classroom objects & people this week. They will then learn about Spanish numbers 1-100.  Homework will be work on Quizlet.com. Make sure summative cartoon projects are handed in. The following week we will play Jeopardy and have our first assessment. Check planners for specific homework assignments. Please make sure that Remind.com information is provided on Google Classroom and that students have their supplies listed on the syllabus on Google Classroom. Make sure to have 2 notebooks.

8th grade Yearlong: Students will be focusing on conjugating -ar verbs. We will also learn to conjugate ir and jugar. Weather expressions will be present either this Thursday or the following Tuesday after break. A variety of activities will be provided to learn the concept. Check planner and Google Classroom daily for homework assignments as well as Parent Connect. Muchas gracias 🙂
