Week of Tuesday, September 4th

All Classes: Please make sure the “blue” Remind.com form on Google Classroom is complete by now. All information must be checked with your parent. All supplies should be purchased by this week. We will be using our notebooks almost daily (7th & 8th graders). Some classes have a “Who are you?” form to complete on Google Classroom as well. Please work on those if not complete.

6th grade classes: A Day will meet on Tuesday and Thursday of this week. They will finish up PBIS expectiations, Class expectations, and “Getting to know you” activities. They will begin their Spanish packet this week. Page 1 homework should be complete by next Monday. Study concepts daily using Quizlet.com. Students signed up during class. B day will meet on Wednesday and Friday of this week. They will start learning about Spanish greetings on Wednesday. On Friday, they will learn about Spanish numbers. Pages 1-2 should be complete for homework by next Tuesday. Check planner for daily assignment completion.

7th & 8th grade Conversational Spanish: Students will be learning about Spanish greetings this week. They started learning about the alphabet last week. We will then learn about people and objects in the classroom. When there is homework, it will always be posted on Google Classroom on a daily basis. Check planner daily!

8th grade Yearlong: Students will continue learning about Spain this week and begin learning about basic Spanish greetings. They will have their first quiz on Spain this Friday. Please make sure they study their own notes, compare their notes on Google classroom, preview the book pages on Google classroom, and use Quizlet.com as a study tool.
