Week of Monday, May 7th

6th grade classes: A day will begin learning Arabic greetings on Monday. Tuesday and Wednesday classes will have Arabic numbers presented. Thursday and Friday will focus on days & months of the year. Pages 1-3 should be completed by the end of the week. Check planner for daily assignment completion. Grades are posted to reflect homework completion and assessment knowledge on Parent Connect.

7th & 8th grade Conversational Spanish: Students will learn about weather and “likes & dislikes” this week.  When there is homework, it will always be posted on Google Classroom on a daily basis. Grades are posted to reflect homework completion and assessment knowledge on Parent Connect.

8th grade Yearlong: Students will have a quiz about “ir a,” conjugating “er” & “ir” verbs as well as irregular verbs on Wednesday of this week after reviewing on Monday and Tuesday of this week. They will then complete a chapter review on Thursday and play Jeopardy on Friday. Their chapter test will be on Monday, May 14th. Study the all notes and practice on Quizlet.com to review vocabulary.
