Week of Monday, October 9th

6th grade classes: On Monday, B day will be learning German numbers. Numbers 1-10 will be assessed at the end of the unit. On Tuesday and Wednesday, students will learn about German days and months. Page 3 will be homework. The next two days, students will learn about German colors. Page 4 will be assigned that day. Please use Quizlet to study German greetings, numbers, days & months, and colors.

7th & 8th grade Conversational Spanish: Students will play Jeopardy on Monday. Unit 1 test is planned now for Tuesday, October 10th. All the notes are posted on Google Classroom for any students that have been absent. Culture slides for unit 1 are also on there. Quizlet.com should be used the study as well. They are called: unidad 1.1, 1.2 and 1.3. Study all the material! We will then begin learning about colors, shapes and animals in unit 2 this week until next week.

8th grade Yearlong: Progress reports have been posted this week. Make sure that students are still continuing to study on Quizlet.com. We will have a quiz on numbers 1-31, time, days & months, and the alphabet on Friday, October 13th.  Please continue to be studying the notes. They are also posted on Google Classroom for anyone who has been absent in class. Students will also be learning about the verb “ser” and punctuation this week. Please check Parent Connect / Student Connect for grades. Homework assignments are listed on there. I will be collecting late work until this Friday, October 13th. Time projects are due on Monday, October 9th.
