I hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving/break! I am so thankful for sharing your darling with me! Here is what we are doing this week in kindergarten
Important Dates:
Picture Retake: Tomorrow is picture retake day.
Field trip is next week Friday, Dec 13th: If you are chaperoning and/or driving, please make sure your ICHAT and your drivers insurance is up to date in the office.
Late Start: December 18th we have a late start. Bell rings at 9:35am
DuVall’s sing a-long: December 20th at 2:30
Homework: This week your child received a new homework packet and math game to play about teen numbers!
Library Check Out: We visited the library and borrowed a new book for this week. Please return these books next week Tuesday!
Popcorn: This Friday we will have popcorn sales so bring your quarters!
Language Arts: We read Sneezy the snowman! We are writing about why sneezy melted!
Sight Words: she, said
Math: We will continue our work in Module 3 on measurement!
Science: We will be focusing on our Weather Unit. This week we will be “weather watchers” and chart to compare temperature, wind, precipitation and clothing worn in various temperatures.
