Week of Tuesday, May 28th

6th Grade Exploring Languages: B day will play Jeopardy on Tuesday and have the test on Thursday, May 30th. A day will play Jeopardy on Wednesday and have the test on Friday, May 31st. A day will have cultural food day on Friday, June 7th. B day will have cultural food day on Wednesday, June 12th. Please make sure that students are studying on Quizlet.com: ASL greetings, numbers, days & colors. Remember to study culture.

7th & 8th Grade Conversational Spanish classes: Students will learn about tener expressions. Work will be to practice on Quizlet.com, and it will be posted on Google Classroom. Check planners for specific homework assignments that will be posted on Google Classroom.

8th grade Yearlong: The 8th grade final is scheduled for May 30th and will determine if students will move onto Spanish II in high school. 80% is a passing score. Make sure students are studying all vocabulary and grammar from chapters 1-5. A specific culture study guide was handed out for students to focus their studies on specific terms. Check planner and Google Classroom daily for homework assignments as well as Parent Connect. Muchas gracias 🙂
