3rd Graders are learning about the 7 Elements of Design.  This project is about texture, which is how something feels – or looks like it feels.  Some examples include smooth, rough, hard, bumpy and slimy. Students chose to create a straight line or squiggly design and filled in the created shapes with texture rubbings.
