Prior to leaving the building there was a malfunction with my computer. Due to this issue I cannot post the organization sheet! Please come back to school with your papers finished and holes punched. Orgazing will not take long. You will turn it in during the hour on Monday 4/10/17 no worries. Enjoy your break!

March Madness!
We are very busy wrapping up the Yeast Breads Unit.
Monday 3/27 students have a paper pizza project due. Rubric attached.

Friday we will organize folders it is my intention to put up the grade sheet before we leave for spring break as it will be due the Monday we get back.

If you missed 1/2 days of a lab it is as if you missed the test. Therefore, you need to make up the test in a timely manner. Attached is the sheet to make up that lab successfully.

Safety in the Kitchen-
Objective: Create a children’s book
Audience: ages 5-8
Areas that need to be addressed:
-Fires / Burns
-Poisoning/chemical poisoning
Use Page 139 in the guide to good food book
-Slips/falls
-Cuts
-Choking
-Electrical shock
-Each page should have a prevention (or 2) and a treatment
-Each page should have a picture
-Each page should have color
