Today in class we finished up our guided notes and worked on our vocabulary foldable. Vocab will be due the day of the quiz (tentatively next Thursday). You should have all of the definitions in your guided notes (except for observation).

Today student’s watched a video entitled the SCENE OF THE CRIME. They took notes on how it is similar to crime scene investigation on TV shows and movies and how it was different than TV shows or movies. We will use these, as well as information from the article on Tuesday to begin a writing assignment Thursday and continue on Friday.

Today in class we used our deductive reasoning skills to complete the activity Who Killed Mr. Brooks? Students will finish on Monday with their groups if necessary and we will discuss the activity. It will lead to a discussion about evidence types.
