February 1-February 5

We Welcome in February with Happy Hearts as we begin another month of Virtual Learning!

This week on Monday, we should be all finished with DRA and NWEA testing for second graders. Students are taking their time and working hard to complete their NWEA testing. Second Graders will be taking the NWEA Reading test only at this time. I will be testing 1-2 students at a time during Learning Labs in the afternoon. Due to the students having to take the test remotely, it would be very helpful if a parent or older sibling would be present to help them follow the directions to logging into NWEA. We will do this together, step by step during learning labs on zoom in the afternoon. Please make sure the students are in a quiet place so they can focus on reading. I will let the students know who are testing that day during morning zoom what time to meet in learning labs to take the test so they are prepared. If any computer problems happen then I will DRA the students instead. As always, thank you for your patience and support as we work to to do these reading assessments remotely.

Learning Labs NWEA and DRA

All of our NWEA and DRA testing should be completed by Tuesday. We will be back to our regular schedule for learning labs on Tuesday. Thank you for your patience and support as the required reading testing for second grade is completed.
