BUG COLLECTION!  We had a student teacher, Ms. Cox,  for eight weeks in the art room.  After reading a bug book titled  And the Ants Go Marching and  viewing drawings and photos of insects, students drew a collection of them in their own ‘jars’.  They learned about the parts of bugs and colored them.
