Good afternoon,
We will be following the same guidelines for Halloween as Edsel Ford HS, within our feeder track.
“Halloween Message
In an effort to enjoy and celebrate Halloween at [Salina Intermediate School] appropriately, respectfully, and in accordance with the school dress code, we ask that students use the following guidelines when selecting a costume:
Ensure that the costume is school appropriate and does not disrupt the learning environment.
No masks or props.
No costumes that depict violence, alcohol or drugs. No fake weapons or props.
No costumes that could be offensive. [i.e., ] a stereotype of someone’s culture, gender, heritage, or religion.
No clown costumes.
Students wearing questionable costumes may be asked to change into normal school attire.

Report cards can be picked up with a parent in front of the main office.
Reminder:
Middle School Conferences will take place tonight from 3:30 – 6:30 pm.
Also, Middle School Conferences will take place on Wednesday, Oct. 26 from 3:30 – 6:30 as well.
Parents need to be with their child to pick up their report cards.

AK Steel & Salina Intermediate PTA Community Meeting

Location: Salina Intermediate Auditorium
Leadership from AK Steel will be available to discuss community questions and concerns.
In addition, they will discuss the projects that were already completed at both Salina Elementary and Salina Intermediate Schools.
