Due to the forecast calling for severe weather predicted to impact afternoon commutes, all Dearborn Public Schools will be closed on Monday, January 28, 2019.
The decision to close schools is always difficult. Several factors are considered as thousands of students, staff, and families are impacted by the final decision.

There will be no school on Monday, January 21, 2019 in observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day.
There will be a half day of school in the morning only on January 22, 2019 for all students.
There will be a half day of school in the morning only for Middle and High School students on January 23, 2019. Elementary students will attend a full day of school on January 23.
We will see all students back for a full day on Thursday, January 24.
