Field Trip Thursday!

Our first bus field trip to the DNR Outdoor Adventure Center is only two days away! (Thursday February 27, 2020).

The children are all VERY excited!

Below are a few reminders as well as important information to know as we get ready.

Every preschool child must have ONE adult with them in order to attend.

There is NO COST for children or the adult who comes with them.

Siblings ARE NOT allowed to attend this field trip.

A snack will be provided by school for students only. Parents are encouraged to bring along a snack for themselves. The Outdoor Adventure Center requires any food or drinks you bring to be in a disposable container (not a reusable one). We are not allowed to carry food/drinks through the Outdoor Adventure Center. They will provide us with a cart to keep the items in their cafeteria.

There is NO food available to purchase there.

Due to a food allergy, please make sure any food or beverage item you chose to bring is both peanut and sesame/hummus free. (Thank you for abiding by this to help us keep the children safe from potential food allergens.)

Please be in the classroom promptly at 8:45 AM. We will give the children cereal for breakfast and have them use the bathroom quickly before we load the bus.

We plan to be back at school around 12:30 PM.

There is no school after our return from the Outdoor Adventure Center.
This interactive parent-child experience is in lieu of a parent meeting when we would normally also not have school following the meeting.
