Research your biome and write about the following characteristics:
Divide your paper into three paragraphs and focus on 5 topic questions:
Paragraph 1:
1. Where is your biome located?
2. What is the climate like there?
Paragraph 2:
3. What kinds of plants grow there?
4. What kinds of animals live in the area? Are there any endangered species that are native to your biome?
Paragraph 3:
5. What kinds of human interference does your biome face? (Human impact)

Description Requirements for the Food Web:
Requirements:
-3 food chains that interlock to create a food web
-At least 1 labeled decomposer
-Labeled consumers and levels
-Labeled producers
-Use arrows to show the direction of energy from one item to the next. Some items may have
more than one arrow coming to it or leaving from it.
– Detailed descriptions of each item. State the name of the item. Include if this item is an omnivore, herbivore, or carnivore. This would also be a great place to include if your item is a decomposer, consumer, or producer.
– Use models to describe that energy in animals’ food used was once energy from the sun
