The Benefits To Travelling.

Travelling can do so much more than you could ever imagine. Yes, travelling is thought off for exploring and seeing new sights. But something many people don’t know is that travelling not only increases your socializing skills, it also gives you a better mindset. People that have travelled a lot will tell you more about how it has changed them for the better.

The first interview we have is Suzanne Dakroub. On average she travels every 3-4 months. “I travel for both relaxation and entertainment. Italy was the most beneficial trip to me because i got to learn a new culture, the people were so nice and welcoming, the art was so beautiful. I always look back at that trip, and appreciate everything that country taught me.” she explained. Suzanne prefers travelling to warmer places in Winter, and cooler places during Summer.

Now we have 12 years old, Reem Bazzi. Reem travels for relaxation, but much more for entertainment. “I go travelling whenever my family plans it, and pretty much when the time’s right” said Reem. Her favorite part of vacation is “meeting new people, tasting different foods, learning and experiencing new things.”

One trip she got many benefits from was California. “I got to meet new different kinds of people. It’s very diverse, and people get to express whatever they want over there. Which is my favorite part, of it all.”

Lastly, we have Diala Elhallak. “When I travel I think of experience, relaxation, and entertainment. Just a bit of each,” said Diala.

Benefits of travelling for her are relieving stress, and nice new experiences. She travels “every Spring break, and sometimes winter break when times right.” “My most beneficial trip was to New York, I saw many different types of people. I had an amazing experience overall.

All three of the interviewees stated their views about travelling and how relaxing it really is. Travel is also scientifically proven to boost happiness and satisfaction. Now here’s a shock, it also lowers chances of depression.

Travelling is also good for today’s society because understanding people’s culture and traditions, also decrease racism and discrimination. It most importantly helps people see others perspectives and points of views.
