Some of you might be actually asking yourself if you have seen students getting sexullay harrased, well according to a lot of students they have witnessed this sort of behavior.

According to Babson.edu an article about, “Important Hazing Statistics”. More than 250,000 students experienced some sort of hazing to join an athletic team. Another website called Hazingprevention.org says that hazing occurs in middle school, high school and in college.

Ali Saad a 9th grader that attends Fordson High School states that, “I now feel unsafe I used to walk into school knowing I wasn’t going to get hurt, but now that’s different.” Which now most of the students at Fordson or other school high schools believe.

When you first heard about the hazing what were your thoughts? “My thoughts were that no students would ever feel the same safeness when they walked into the building”,states Maya Eid a 9th grader that also attends Fordson High School.

Lyna Lounissi an 8th grader that attends Unis Middle School is not against the hazing at Fordson High School. “I don’t really care about the hazing at Fordson because it is not my personal self or someone I know”,Lyna states. What were your thoughts when you heard about the hazing? “I was actually scared to know that kids around my age would actually do that”  Lyna also added.

Take a minute and look what society has come to now. We need a change.
