Here is Ms. Harden singing with some of the amazing performers at Accoustic Night in Dearborn.  She sang some of her original music and played the guitar.  Ms. Harden has written many songs and is getting ready to go into the studio to record her first CD! Great times!

Students in grades 4/5 were selected by their music teachers to represent their school onstage with the Dearborn Symphony Orchestra.  They did a terrific job playing Beethoven’s Ode To Joy from Symphony #9 on the recorder.  Keep up the great work!

Our 4th grade students had the wonderful opportunity to travel to the Ford Community and Performing Arts Center to hear a special concert in the Michael Guido Theater. The Dearborn Symphony performed works by Beethoven, Copland and Smetana and performed the ever popular Gidi Wa Hamar, arranged for orchestra by our very own Dearborn Music Teacher, Mr. James Walton. They ended the concert with a rousing arrangement of Star Wars by John Williams. The highlight of the concert came when fifth grade recorder students from across Dearborn took the stage to perform the theme from Beethoven’s 9th Symphony (Ode to Joy) with the symphony. What a great experience!!
