Chapter P Quiz
- The Quiz will be Wednesday 09-20
- You will have 30 minutes only
- There will be 12 questions and it is a NO CALCULATOR quiz
- Review all notes that were discussed in class and all assigned homework problems
- Here are the I can statements:
- I can convert between inequality and interval notation
- I can apply exponent rules and simplify expressions
- I can write an equation of a circle given the center and radius
- I can find the radius and center of a circle using its equation
- I can find the slope of a line from a given pair of points
- I can write in point slope form equations of a line parallel to a given line or perpendicular to a given line and passing through a given point.
- I can find how many real solutions does a quadratic equation have using the discriminant
- I can solve quadratic inequalities algebraically and graphically

Today’s lesson Thursday 09-14
- Bellwork SAT problem : very good discussions in both hours about some misconceptions regarding radicals. Be careful the following document has some answers that we disagreed with (they have disagree next to them) BW 09-14
