Hi Everyone – I bet everyone is tired of the rain, I know I am.

I want to be honest with you and let you know that Monday morning I sent an email to all parents explaining how you will be graded at the end of the year. If you do all or most of the work and it is good quality you will get an “M”. If you do some of the work and if it is good quality you will earn a “P”. If you do little to no work or your work is poor quality you will earn a “LP”.

I also told your parents for the rest of the year when you have any missing assignments I will be emailing them a copy of the email I send to you. The email to your parents is not a punishment or meant to scare you in anyway, but too many students are skipping assignments and I need your parents help to keep you going. Your parents love and care about you and so do I (I know they do more than I do – I get that – they are family but I care too). I know it is nearing the end of the year, and it is warmer, and you are sick and tired of doing online work at home but we have to keep going – not too much longer. Remember if you need help just let me know.

Ok ok ok …. I am done with reminders. Now to a fun fact….what do you call a black bird that says, “caw caw”? I am looking at one on my deck right now.
