Hello Everyone – I really hope you are all good. I know this weather doesn’t help our moods stay happy – that means you have to try harder to find something that makes you smile or be happy and then help someone in your house be happy too. Sometimes that means you just need to remind a parent you love them or share your time with a sibling or call a relative or friend you haven’t talk to this week. Doing something nice for someone will make you feel better also – it makes your heart feel better.

Remember no meeting today – I will keep you updated.
